Abstraio-me da filosofia de alguns blogs que têm uma metodologia crítica e denunciadora (e considero isso bastante positivo) em relação a tudo o que corre mal na Serra da Estrela. Contudo, perante o que fui confrontado recentemente, decide abrir uma excepção e utilizar o blog como ferramenta para tomar uma posição, como cidadão, acerca deste assunto que cheira muito mal em todos os sentidos.
Quando o tema da água é debatido compulsivamente, quando nós todos nos esforçamos (ou pelo menos devíamos) para debelar o excesso de consumo e contrariar o desperdício, eis que após este post, tudo parece não fazer sentido.
Temos aqui outro caso semelhante à "Ribeira dos Milagres" (outro atentado ecológico no distrito de Leiria, que perdura à mais de 20 anos e que talvez já merecesse a realização de vários doutoramentos sobre incompetência estatal), com a agravante de se situar onde se situa: algo a que se chama Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela.
Em ambiente de sátira e segundo uma definição disponível no Wikipédia, um “Parque Natural” é uma área de conservação (propriamente de quê?), fora de uma área urbana (Na Estrela = “no comment”), protegida por lei (só se for a favor de alguns) com o objectivo de preservar a flora e a fauna local (com cenários destes é difícil não?) e proporcionar um ambiente de lazer (com este cartaz turístico, estou aberto a sugestões…)
Voltando à realidade (triste), este é o momento certo para aplicarmos a "táctica do quadrado" a todas as entidades responsáveis pelos destinos da Serra da Estrela. Só os cercando, só os pressionando é que podemos contrariar esta inoperância atroz (até parece que tudo isto é normal) e trazer à superfície a fragilidade na responsabilidade e a aversão ao cumprimento dos deveres de vários organismos, que utilizam o nome Estrela sem a dignificarem minimamente.
Vamos (mais uma vez) esperar pelas soluções futuras e definitivas para este “caso de polícia”, esperando que as entidades desempenhem o seu papel e não se tornem o “bobo da festa”…
